Adeer closes an exceptional year with the ~SAR 1 billion Sharafat Al-Haram auction
The Sharafat Al-Haram auction closed with the sale of a commercial-residential plot for SAR 979.7 million, at a rate of SAR 130,000 per square metre.
Adeer delivered an exceptional result at the Sharafat Al-Haram auction held on 30 December 2025, where a commercial-residential plot sold for a total of SAR 979,682,346.5, a rate of SAR 130,000 per square metre.
The Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Adeer said the result reflects the considerable confidence in the company's ability to manage real estate assets of high sensitivity and exceptional value.
