Adeer's board approves SAR 25 million in H1 2026 dividends
The Board of Directors of Adeer Real Estate has resolved to distribute SAR 25 million in cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of 2026, at SAR 5 per share.
Adeer Real Estate announces the decision of its Board of Directors to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of 2026, on the following terms:
The total amount distributed is SAR 25,000,000, the number of shares eligible for the dividend is 5,000,000, the dividend per share is SAR 5, and the distribution represents 50% of the nominal value of the share.
The board resolution was issued on 23/02/1448H, corresponding to 6 August 2026. Entitlement belongs to shareholders holding shares at the close of trading on 19/03/1448H, corresponding to 1 September 2026, and the distribution will be made on 03/04/1448H, corresponding to 14 September 2026.
