Asir's summer season closes with Adeer

Adeer, a leader in real estate marketing in the Kingdom, delivered an exceptional result at the Rawabi Asir auction it held today, Wednesday 07 August 2024, at the Golden Palace Hall in Khamis Mushait, where the plots on offer sold for SAR 197,152,927 (including the real estate transaction tax and brokerage fee).

The auction drew strong demand from leading investors and business figures, and intense competition for the varied investment opportunities in the Rawabi Asir project, located in the Hajlaa and Sultanah districts of Abha and Khamis Mushait. The plots ranged from residential to commercial and agricultural, in a range of sizes suited to different projects, and are distinguished by strategic locations close to the cities' main landmarks and their service and leisure facilities.
