Adeer sells the Khamael agricultural land for close to half a billion riyals
Adeer Real Estate, a leader in property marketing in the Kingdom, sold the Khamael agricultural land at auction on Wednesday 18 December for a total of SAR 461,000,000, under the supervision of the Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Enfath) and pursuant to a judgment of the Personal Status Court.
The auction, held in person at Al Takhassusi Hall in Riyadh and online through the SoumTech auction platform, drew a large turnout of investors and strong competition for the extensive agricultural holding, which covers more than 38 million square meters in the Al Haniyah district of Al Kharj.
The land is strategically located near the Riyadh-Al Kharj road and close to Riyadh's new industrial area, making it an attractive proposition for investors seeking large-scale agricultural land in a prime position near the capital.
