Adeer's Kenda auction in Makkah closes above SAR 150 million
Adeer Real Estate has announced the successful marketing and management of the hybrid Kenda auction, held under the supervision of the Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Enfath) on Wednesday 6 August 2025 at Makkah Grand Hall in the Al Naseem district.
The sale was also open online through the SoumTech auction platform, and drew a large turnout of investors and leading businessmen. Total sales reached SAR 150,950,000 across the opportunities offered, all of them in strategic locations in Makkah.
The properties sold ranged from commercial to residential land close to the Grand Mosque and the holy sites, making them well suited to hotel, commercial and residential development. Strong competition among bidders reflected the investment appeal of the holy capital, particularly given the pace of urban development in the city.
Suleiman Al-Harbi, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Adeer Real Estate, said the success of the Kenda auction reflects the confidence investors place in the company and its ability to market, manage and sell prime property to the highest professional standards. He added: "We are pleased to be part of the urban development of Makkah, and we are committed to bringing forward more quality investment opportunities that meet our clients' expectations and support the real estate economy in the Kingdom."
The result continues Adeer Real Estate's record in leading and marketing property auctions that offer exceptional investment opportunities, and confirms its position as a trusted partner for investors seeking the best openings in the Saudi property market.
The Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Enfath) contributes by accelerating the recovery of entitlements and simplifying asset liquidation, improving the efficiency and fairness of the property market through transparent and reliable mechanisms.
