Adeer closes the Jazeel auction with strong turnout and quality sales
A total of 19 properties sold for more than SAR 80 million at the Jazeel public auction in the Eastern Province, held in person and online on Wednesday 24 April 2024 at the Holiday Inn Al Khobar Corniche and on the SoumTech auction platform. Adeer Real Estate organized the sale under the supervision of the Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Enfath), by order of the Execution Court and pursuant to a judgment issued by the Personal Status Court.
The Jazeel auction was marked by professional organization, a high-calibre turnout of investors and businessmen, and intense competition among participants for the opportunities on offer across the cities of the Eastern Province (Jubail, Dammam, Khobar and Al Ahsa), where economic activity is concentrated.
The assets stood out for their strategic locations and for the range of plot sizes, suited to a variety of projects and concepts, as well as their proximity to major landmarks and to service and leisure facilities. That allows developers to build profitable residential and commercial schemes of high build quality and contemporary design that generate strong returns. The result underlines the importance of the Eastern Province, one of the Kingdom's leading economic regions, which is seeing sustained construction activity alongside a supportive investment environment and advanced infrastructure that make it a prime destination for real estate investment.
