Adeer sells every opportunity offered at the Aryam Riyadh auction
Adeer Real Estate, a leader in the Kingdom's real estate marketing sector, marketed the hybrid Aryam Riyadh auction on Tuesday 17 June 2025, held in person at Al Takhassusi Hall in Riyadh and online through the Sumtec auction platform. The auction was held under the supervision of the Support and Liquidation Center (Enfath) and pursuant to a ruling of the Execution Court and the Personal Status Court.
The auction generated total sales of SAR 128,200,000, with every opportunity offered sold. The five distinctive assets, all in prime locations in Riyadh, comprised a commercial building on Olaya Street in the Al Wurud district covering 1,350 m²; commercial-residential land of 1,800 m² in the Al Sahafah district; a further commercial-residential plot of 900 m² in the Al Qairawan district; a residential building of 875 m² in the Al Taawun district; and vacant land for mixed residential use of 1,108.75 m² in the Al Maather district.
The auction drew a strong turnout and wide engagement from investors and others following the real estate market.
