Safenat Mecca

Safenat Mecca offers eleven hotel properties in Makkah across Al Muhammadiyah, Al Misfalah and Al Misfalah Harat Al Rushd, with a combined land area of 5,599.97 m². The buildings are residential and commercial-residential hotels of between fourteen and twenty-two floors, several of them furnished and operating — the furniture belongs to the tenants and does not convey with the sale. They sit close to Ibrahim Al Khalil Road, the Second Ring Road (Omar bin Al Khattab) and the Holy Mosque, in districts serving pilgrim accommodation. Participation requires a SAR 1,500,000 wallet top-up per asset. Bidding is on the Sumtec auction platform, with each property closing at its own time on 16 September 2026. Individual lot notes in the brochure record survey discrepancies, occupancy and, for two of the hotels, outstanding safety requirements — an additional emergency stair — before they can reopen.
