Kenda 2

Kenda 2 offers six plots in Makkah — two residential and four commercial-residential — across Batha Quraish, the modified model Batha Quraish plan and Ray' Bakhsh, with a combined parcel area of 15,328.32 m². The Batha Quraish plots sit inside the pilgrim-housing belt, between 5 and 6 km from the Holy Mosque, on and around Thawban Al Nabawi and Attab bin Aseed streets and connected to the main road network. Schools, markets, restaurants, medical centres and administrative and hotel towers are all in the surrounding district. One plot is sold as an undivided 831.18 m² share of a 1,662.36 m² parcel, so the area actually offered totals 14,497.14 m². Individual lot notes in the brochure record survey discrepancies and, for the largest plot, a partial overlap with a restricted zone. Entry deposits run from SAR 100,000 to SAR 2,000,000 depending on the asset. Bidding is on the Sumtec auction platform, with each lot closing at its own time on 9 September 2026.
