Adeer signs a contract to market a Baitk Real Estate land plot in Jeddah

Adeer Real Estate has signed a strategic contract with Baitk Real Estate Company to market and sell the land owned by Baitk in Jeddah, known as the Oasis Jeddah land, which extends over a total area of 707,250 m².

The contract forms part of Adeer Real Estate's strategy to expand its real estate marketing activity in the Kingdom's main cities. It runs for 44 days from 18 August 2025, and its value represents approximately 7% of the company's revenue.

The company said the contract is expected to have a positive financial impact once the land is sold and ownership is transferred, supporting revenue and delivering solid returns to shareholders. Adeer Real Estate reported revenue of SAR 100.75 million for the first half of 2025.

The Oasis Jeddah land occupies a prime location in Jeddah and represents a promising investment opportunity for developers and investors in the property sector, given its extensive area and its position, which is easily reached from across the city.

There are no related parties to this contract, underlining the transparency and independence of the marketing process.
