Adeer's Ekleel auction clears more than SAR 175 million in 90 minutes
Riyadh hosted the Ekleel auction on Wednesday 28 August 2024, staged by Adeer Real Estate, a leader in property marketing in Saudi Arabia. A selection of residential and commercial land plots, together with a model residential building, sold for a combined SAR 175,596,063, inclusive of the real estate transaction tax and brokerage commission.
The auction, held at Al Fareedah Hall in Riyadh, drew a large turnout of investors, property developers and businessmen who showed clear interest in the investment opportunities offered by Ekleel.
