Kenda 2: electronic auction in Makkah sells out with sales above SAR 134.8 million
The Kenda 2 electronic auction on the Soumtech platform sold all six of its plots in Batha Quraish and Rea Bakhsh, Makkah, for SAR 134,843,750 (including the real estate transaction tax and commission).

According to the statistics of the auction, held under the supervision of the Infath Liquidation and Support Centre, Kenda 2 drew 486 interested parties, of whom 42 registered as bidders and placed 310 bids across the six plots. Bidding opened on the Soumtech auction platform on the morning of Sunday 6 September 2026 and the plots closed one after another on the evening of Wednesday 9 September.
The six plots cover a combined 15,328.32 m², the largest of them on Ajyad Street in Rea Bakhsh.
