Al Zumurd

Al Zumurd offers two plots in the Al Zumurd district of Jeddah, with a combined area of 130,140.01 m²: a 129,582.01 m² vacant parcel on the sea and a 558 m² residential plot. The large parcel joins four deeds into one lot, with a residential, commercial, marine and recreational use. It has a direct, open view of the Red Sea on its western side, a 20 m street to the north with a 32 m street beyond it, and a 52 m street to the east, and lies close to a main road, with a large area and a shape suited to development. The residential plot sits inside an established built-up area, with 15 m streets on two sides. Entry cheques are SAR 6,000,000 for the seafront parcel and SAR 30,000 for the residential plot. Bidding opens on Sunday 1 November 2026 at 10:00 am on the Infath Auctions platform, and the lots close at 4:30 and 4:35 pm on Tuesday 3 November 2026. The brochure notes differences between deed and site in both lots' survey data, shown in the attached surveys, and places the seafront parcel within the Jeddah Municipality's red, high-risk zone.
