Ufuq Al Sharqiya offers nine properties in the Eastern Province — eight in Khobar and one in Jubail — with a combined area of 81,911.10 m²: three residential villas, three commercial plots, one residential plot and two recreational residential plots that include part of the sea. The villas stand in Al Hizam Al Thahabi and Al Hizam Al Akhdar, among Khobar's most established residential districts; one is built on two plots with a basement and a ground-floor annex. The largest lot is a 62,369.50 m² residential block in Qurtubah fronting three streets, close to King Saud, King Fahd and Prince Sultan roads. The commercial plots front King Fahd Road in Al Tahliyah and Madinah Road in Al Murqab, Jubail, and the two recreational plots lie on the sea, one near Al Aziziyah and one on Half Moon Beach Road. Entry cheques run from SAR 50,000 to SAR 2,000,000 depending on the asset. Bidding opens on Sunday 1 November 2026 at 10:00 am on the Infath Auctions platform, and the lots close one after another between 4:00 and 5:20 pm on Tuesday 3 November 2026. The brochure notes differences between deed and site in the survey data of several lots, shown in the attached surveys.
