About this project

Sana Dhahran offers two land lots in the Eastern Province with a combined area of 436,286.92 m²: a 236,286.92 m² raw residential plot in Al Wisam, Dhahran, and eight industrial plots totalling 200,000 m² in the Second Industrial City in Dammam. The Dhahran land fronts King Abdulaziz Road along its 462.35 m northern side, with streets of 20, 30 and 40 m on its other sides, and is reached easily from the Gulf Cooperation Council Road and the Dammam–Riyadh road. It is close to many residential districts, Ithra, Al Midra Tower and King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. The industrial land is bounded by streets on all four sides, of 20, 20, 30 and 60 m, close to King Abdulaziz Road, with spaces suited to their best use. The entry cheque is SAR 4,000,000 for each lot. The auction is held on Wednesday 4 November 2026 at 4:00 pm, in person in the Al Maha hall at the Kempinski Al Othman Hotel and electronically on the Infath Auctions platform.
